The Solution Alignment Center replaces the “Solution Mapper” and adds a tremendous amount of flexibility and new timesaving features as well.
When you land here, you get a new menu on the left side that not only preserves the most popular links that will take you right back to the research but also a new menu to use when working in the SAC.
The SAC is divided up into four sections.
The Roles and Categories section is pre-populated for you but you can add or modify the entries to suit your needs.
The Links and Attachments section is where you can update any links and attachments that you may have created elsewhere, allowing you to keep everything fresh.
The Capabilities section is where you can add your own offerings and groupings along with any notes, links, and attachments.
The Issues section is where you will go to tag your solutions and any other assets to the issues that they are related to.
