Roles are like titles. We associate real titles with each role and we link the roles to the business issues. That way we can tell you which real people would care about which issues. If you are working in an area where a more specific role is needed, usually to associate with some new issues that you have added to highlight your offerings, you can add them here. We have created a number of categories and associated them with large groups of issues. You can create additional categories for your own needs as well and then associate them with specific issues. You will be able to filter the issues by your newly associated categories from the value chains in industry research as well as the issue search on the company screen
