By the end of step 5, you will usually be below the 2,500 organization threshold and could skip to step 7 or just click “Finish” to go straight to the results.
If you click on any of the metrics in step 6, your search will be limited to public companies since they are the only ones who provide enough details for use on this screen. To use these filters, just indicate if you would like to see the strong or weak performers for a specific metric. You may choose more than 1 metric.
In step 7, we just need to know how you want to work with the results. The choices are self-explanatory. You can work with them online or through an extract. In the extract, you can choose to have the top 20 executives for each organization listed as well.
