The benchmarking area has been given an improved look and feel but all of the functions that differentiate our service are still here and they work the same way.
We still use bubble charts to identify the biggest areas of opportunity within the organization. We still display a chart below the graph that provides you with the appropriate metrics for each peer and the potential savings that would result from closing the identified gap.
When you click on a bubble, you will still see a help screen with a detailed explanation of the metric whose bubble you clicked. The bubble help will include context sensitive verbiage and graphs. The biggest change is that the bubble help was created using a formal report writer that facilitates printing, as well as the creation of PDFs and other formats.
